💫 Returns

• You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition, and in the original packaging.

• Order number

• Reason for return

• Photos (if item arrived damaged)

We’ll respond within 3-5 business days with next steps.

 

🔁 Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original and place a new order.

 

💸 Refunds

• Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

• Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

 

📦 Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
